My earliest influences in photography were images by Henri Cartier Bresson, Gary Winogrand and Lee Friedlander, street scenes mostly, reporting to the wider audience of the condition that exists in the big city. Both structural and human in nature, but not necesarily both in the same shot, these imagemakers strive to identify and organise those things in life we find so interesting, but often don't notice because in our day to day lives, we haven't the time to look with such detail and see for ourselves. I carry on with a similar mission in mind, exploring the city through the eyes of one who makes the time, hopefully to the benefit of those that do not.
